Your second brain

One tool for everything you build

Not a task list. Not a whiteboard. A connected system — where your projects, journal, finances, and roadmap share the same workspace.

Think visually.
Work systematically.

Map your entire project as a tree — Project → Structures → Main Tasks → Tasks. See dependencies, collapse subtrees, track status at every level. Switch to Kanban for your daily flow, Table for deadlines, Journal to log your day. Everything connected, zero re-entry.

✓ Canvas mind map ✓ Kanban board ✓ Table view ✓ Journal + Finance ✓ Roadmap + Goals ✓ Analytics

What makes Nodara different

Every tool choice was a deliberate departure from the usual project manager formula.

01 — Mind Map Canvas

See the whole picture at once

Most tools hide complexity behind flat lists. Nodara lets you see your entire project as a spatial graph — how things connect, what blocks what, and where you're making progress. Drag, link, collapse, and fly to any node instantly.

02 — Table + Status View

Same data, different lens

Switch from canvas to a structured table with one click. Inline status editing, deadline management, bulk changes. Zero re-entry — the same nodes, just viewed differently. Collapse structures or main tasks to focus on what matters now.

03 — Journal + Finance

Log your work. Track your money.

Built-in journal with four templates — Daily Standup, Weekly Review, Meeting Notes, Planning Session. Auto-generate a weekly summary from your entries. Plus a full finance tracker: income, expenses, budgets by category, and CSV export. All in the same workspace as your tasks.

04 — Roadmap + Goals + Analytics

Plan phases. Track OKRs. Measure velocity.

Visual roadmap with phase cards and animated timeline. OKR-style Goals with key results linked to tasks — progress updates automatically. Analytics view shows weekly velocity, status breakdown, and deadline proximity across your entire workspace.

Built for speed

Keyboard-first.
Mouse optional.

Every action in Nodara has a shortcut. Your hands never leave the keyboard — from creating a node to marking it done to jumping anywhere on the canvas. All 14 shortcuts are remappable from Settings.

The story
"I had Notion for docs, Linear for tasks, a spreadsheet for finances, Apple Notes for ideas, and Miro for planning. Five tools, zero connection between them. Every morning I'd open five tabs just to understand where my project stood. I built Nodara because the tools I used were designed for teams — not for one person building something from scratch."
